Brian Rayment, President and CEO
AAI is founded by Mr. Brian Rayment, who is a practicing business attorney in Kivell, Rayment and Francis, P.C. in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Brian has extensive experience in doing business in China and has served as an owner and Director of Chiao Tai China Machinery Company, a company which supplied and serviced restaurant equipment in mainland China for Kentucky Fried Chicken and McDonalds, as well as other businesses. Mr. Rayment also served as an owner and Director of Shanghai Chiao-Kan Trading Corporation and Shanghai Kan-Pak Food Company, which are businesses engaged in producing and selling dairy and non-dairy products in China. Mr. Rayment, through his business efforts, has accumulated considerable business contacts in China. Throughout his thirty years of practice, Brian has assisted in mergers and acquisitions. He has also accumulated numerous contacts around the globe.
Vincent Lu, Vice President of Operations
Vincent Lu is an alumnus as Oklahoma State University where he holds a doctorate degree in social sciences. After leaving academia, he now dedicates his career to assisting local businesses in securing funds and bridging business cooperation between the United States and China.
Vincent will spearhead the recruitment of investors from China. He has close relationships with a variety of licensed EB-5 agents in China. He also conducts market research and maintains contacts with agents in China. He used to organize a comprehensive business-purposed survey on China’ overseas education agents, many of which also provide EB-5 services. Dr. Lu has extensive knowledge on Chinese market, Chinese social culture and business norms. He is also very familiar with the Chinese EB-5 and overseas education markets.
